It consists of a long, cylindrical shaft with one or more helical-shaped plated attached to it. These plates are used to anchor the pile into the ground by screwing into the soil.

     

    They can be installed quickly and easily, which makes them ideal for projects with tight timelines. They are also highly customizable, with different size and configurations available to suit a wide range of applications.

    We do work with an engineer to ensure this process is seamless for all our clients.

  • Yes, unlike concrete, screw piles can be installed in all weather conditions including winter.

  • We offer a variety of sizes from 2 3/8” up to 12”+ with our most common pile being a 3 1/2”.

     

    That is the great thing about screw piles, they are highly customizable, with different sizes and configurations available to suit a wide range of applications.

     

    This is where the engineer comes in, he will decide which pile size is required for your project.

  • We pride ourselves on having no hidden costs. Our price includes engineering, the pile, install and layout.

  • Our standard caps have an angle iron attached to them, that is used to secure the post to the pile. Custom caps and attachment methods are also available.

  • Our standard pile is 10’ long but if we have not achieved the required torque rating, we add extensions to our piles and continue deeper until the torque specs are met.

     

    This is where the engineer comes in, they tell us exactly what torque rating we must meet to go to ensure the pile will not move and create the best possible base for any structure.

  • Our trucks have everything we need to weld on-site. Our team can also fabricate any custom cap that your job may need in our shop prior to install.​

  • As long as our team as access to the site we can handle everything while your away.

  • You don’t need to worry about calling in locates our team will take care of everything from start to finish, including calling for locates.

  • Our machines have very little impact on the ground but to insure we leave your yard looking the way it was when we arrive, we can bring plywood to lay down if needed.
